Tips for gym-goers

  1. Film squats, deadlifts and push-ups side-on at hip height, so you can see depth and back angle.
  2. Use 60 fps for fast lifts and review in slow motion.
  3. Keep strangers out of shot, and check the gym’s filming rules first.
  4. A small clamp tripod on a rack upright takes up less space than a full tripod.

Questions

Gym-goers: quick answers

Will it work with Spotify or Apple Music?

That’s the aim: it’s designed so music from other apps keeps playing while you record. It depends on your iPhone and iOS version.

Can it check my form?

It’s a camera, not a coach. It helps you get a clear, well-framed video so you or a qualified coach can review your technique.

Which plan is it in?

Music keeps playing is in every plan, starting with Average. Full Outfit framing is in Premium and Crown.

Music Wide Selfie is an iPhone camera app, coming soon to the App Store. Features vary by iPhone model and iOS version. Plans and prices may change before launch. See the plans.
